Blue Dragon - Light Soy Sauce (12x150ml)
Naturally brewed for depth of flavour. Light Soy is lighter in colour and more salty in flavour than Dark Soy. It can be used in stir fries, soup and seasoning.
Ingredients: Water, Soy Sauce Extract (15%) (Water, Defatted Soya Bean Flakes, Wheat , Salt), Sugar, Salt, Colour (Ammonia Caramel), Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate).
