Delicious Orange and Dark Chocolate Florentines from the MAISON DE FLORENTINS.
Made by hand in our workshop near Nantes. A traditional recipe richer in almonds, butter and cream, based on nougatine coated in chocolate, without eggs, flour or gluten. The delicious French dark chocolate offers a wonderful gourmet moment: The citrus flavours of the candied orange peel meet the bitterness of 63% cocoa dark chocolate. The rich nougatine made from almonds is delightfully crunchy. The honey adds a touch of sweetness.
Ingredients: 24% Dark Chocolate with 63% Cocoa, Sugar, 16% Candied Orange Peel Cubes, 16% Flaked Almonds, 8% Currants, Fresh Butter, Cream, 5% Honey.
