Each pack contains 5 thin & crispy Italian flatbreads made with rosemary. Ciappe (pronounced chah-peh) are thin, crispy, tongue-shaped flatbreads or crackers from the Liguria region of Italy. They are a perfect Italian snack or appetizer (aperitivo). You can eat them plain or pair them with soft cheeses, cured meats, olive tapenades and dips.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour, olive oil, corn flour, sea salt, yeast, rosemary (1%), malted WHEAT flour.
