Joseph Walker, 21 years old with £50 in his pocket, established the world of Walker's on Speyside in 1898 when he fired up his oven with one ambition; to bake the world's finest shortbread. We've been baking history ever since, the magic in our shortbread fingers handed down five generations and now treasured in more than 100 countries worldwide.
For over 125 years we have prided ourselves in baking the highest quality products and original family recipes from our home in beautiful Speyside in the Scottish Highlands.
