Maison de Florentins our artisanal company has been making Florentines since 1965 in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre on the outskirts of Nantes in France.

We owe the incomparable taste of our Florentines to high-quality ingredients, fresh products purchased from independent producers including honey and a large quantity of candied fruit. We select mostly local products, such as Guérande salt or fresh cream and butter from Brittany. For the chocolate which constitutes the coating of our Florentines, we have opted for a supplier guaranteeing a high content of high quality cocoa beans.
