Diforti is a family business with deep roots in Caltanissetta, Sicily – the birthplace of the cannoli. For generations, our family has been dedicated to sharing the true flavours of Italy through Italian delicacies.

Italian lingue (short for lingue di suocera, or "mother-in-law tongues") are long, super-thin, crispy flatbread crackers. Because of their shape and snap, they function exactly like premium crackers and are perfect for loading up with toppings, dipping, or eating on their own.

Ciappe (pronounced chah-peh) are thin, crispy, tongue-shaped flatbreads or crackers from the Liguria region of Italy. They are a perfect Italian snack or appetizer (aperitivo). You can eat them plain or pair them with soft cheeses, cured meats, olive tapenades and dips.
