Customers can now place their orders online for speed, accuracy and convenience.
You will require a Auguste Noel customer account to use this facility. Please contact our Customer Service Team if you require help to sign in, we are available Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5.00pm, please call 0208 854 3500 for immediate assistance.
If you are a new customer please complete the online Customer Application Form, then press the 'send' button. This is automatically directed to our Accounts Department, once we have received the form, we will process the application within 24 hours (1 working day).
You will receive an email or telephone call to confirm your account has been opened and that you are now able to 'SIGN IN' to order online.
Please visit our website homepage and click the 'SIGN IN' Button on the top right hand corner and enter your details. You will need to login each time you wish to order from the website.
You can then shop by using either the category menu on the header or the vertical menu on the left hand side, alternatively you can order directly by the 'Shop By Brand' tab where every brand is detailed A-Z. The Homepage features 'new products', 'promotions' and latest news so remember to regularly re-visit it. Our easy-to-use search box facility will help you find products by product code, brand, or type. We also have a 'fast order' option, if you go directly to the shopping basket and click on 'Show/hide rapid entry form', this will then enable you to order directly by code along with the number of cases you require. And finally you can also duplicate previous orders, this option is available from 'Your Account', this is particularly useful if you tend to re-order the same products, it does also give you the option to edit the basket before completing your order.
When you’re ready to order, simply enter the number of each product line and click ‘ADD’ to add the product to your shopping basket. You can click the shopping basket icon at any time on the top right of the screen to review your order.
Once you have completed your shop, go to your shopping basket and click PLACE ORDER.
Specify a delivery address, enter your purchase order number (if required) and confirm you have read the terms and conditions.
After placing an order online, you will receive confirmation of your order by email within 30 minutes. If you do not receive this email confirmation within 1 hour please call our Customer Service Team on 020 8854 3500. If there are any issues with your order i.e. out of stocks etc., our Customer Service Team will contact you within 1 working day.

Please have your customer account number ready, and if possible please order with the Auguste Noel product codes, our sales team will then read the name of the product back to you.
